Privacy Policy

LIMREN TOV ("Limren", "we") carries out electrical installation, demolition, plumbing, heating and air conditioning installation, finishing and other specialised building works. Working inside people's homes and offices gives us access to private spaces. This policy explains how we protect the related data, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.
1. Controller

2. Clients
Name, phone, email, property address, floor plans, photographs of the premises before, during and after works, estimates, contracts and acceptance certificates.
3. Inside your home
Our crews photograph only the areas and systems being worked on. Personal belongings, documents and people are not photographed. Keys and access codes are logged, kept by the site foreman only, and returned or deleted at handover. Photos are never published without written permission.
4. Neighbours
For noisy works in apartment buildings we may notify neighbours and building managers of the schedule, without disclosing the client's personal details beyond the apartment number.
5. Workers on site
Names and qualification certificates of electricians and other specialists are kept for safety and may be shown to the client or building manager.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (occupational and electrical safety, waste disposal, tax), legitimate interests (documenting works for warranty).
7. Recipients
Subcontractors on your project (address and schedule only), waste removal companies, building managers when required, tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Contracts, estimates and work photos: warranty period plus 3 years.
- Access codes: deleted at handover.
- Estimates without a contract: 12 months.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
